Angela joined AMC&FSC in 1980 to provide therapeutic services for the residential care program. In 1985 she became the Director of the Crisis Center, a child abuse prevention outreach program. Angela developed a child abuse prevention video, which was sold nationally. She was instrumental in developing the curriculum for the Team Take Charge of Your Life program. In 1995, Angela became Vice President of Program and Planning, in which she provided management and coordination of all agency’s programs. In the year 2000, until present she has assumed the responsibility of implementing and operating the agency in the absence of the CEO and supervision of all programs and staff organization.

Mr. DeWayne E. Campbell’s career objectives are to create learning environments that will assist students with achieving academically and teachers becoming strong instructional leaders. Mr. Campbell was educated in the St. Louis Public School System. He is a 1990 High School graduate of Cleveland Naval Junior Academy. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Missouri State University (formally known as Southwest Missouri State) and a Masters Degree in Education from Fontbonne University.
Mr. Campbell’s philosophy of education encompasses modeling the act of respect, persistence, and integrity. He expects all students and instructional leaders to be responsible and accountable for their own actions. Under Mr. Campbell’s reign all students are treated with dignity and respect while promoting fairness and equal opportunities for the diverse population of students.
Developing strong relationships with the community is an integral part of his educational philosophy as well. Identifying opportunities for students to partake in service, participate in local field trips, and spend quality time learning from career professionals are important tools. In addition to working diligently with his students and staff Mr. Campbell is also a devoted husband and father.

Leorna joined Annie Malone in 1994 after obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO. She has been employed with Annie Malone for 13 years, and has served as the Director of Information Systems since 1998. Leorna has over 15 years of service in the information systems field and holds several MIS certificates. She has over 12 years of service in the field of social service. Leorna is an advocate for children. She continues to play an instrumental role in the integration and expansion of technology into Annie Malone's programming and administration.

Sherry has served as the Coordinator of Human Resources at Annie Malone Children and Family Service Center for almost 3 years. She has 5 years of experience in the Human Resource field. Sherry received a Masters degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University.

Darryl Wise joined Annie Malone Children and Family Service Center in 2007 to provide leadership and direction to the agency's Continuous Quality Improvement process, oversee all accreditation efforts and help develop measurable program outcomes for the children, youth and families served.
For more than 15 years as a Social Worker Darryl has worked to improve the lives of people through individual, group and family counseling, legal resource referral, conducting training and development programs and organizational performance improvement. Mr. Wise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holds a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Washington University, a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Lindenwood University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Culver-Stockton College. He is a member of the American Evaluation Association and the St. Louis Outcomes and Evaluation Network (SLOEN).

Frankie Small-Woods currently serves as Director of Social Services. She holds a Masters of Non-Profit Administration, Bachelors of Science in Professional Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in social sciences, criminal justice, education, psychology, and urban studies. She also has an Associates Degree in Human Services with a minor in Criminal Justice. Frankie has over 20 years of experience as a social service provider. She is an advocate for disadvantaged children and families and works diligently to provide quality services.
